Terms of Service
These terms apply to repair and maintenance services performed by Axon Truck Repair.
Estimates & Authorization
Written estimates are provided before work begins. Additional repairs discovered during service require your approval before we proceed.
Parts & Workmanship
We use quality OEM or equivalent parts. Parts carry their manufacturer's warranty; workmanship warranty terms are stated on your repair order.
Scheduling & Storage
Turnaround estimates depend on parts availability. Vehicles left more than five days after completion may incur storage fees.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless a fleet account agreement is in place. Fleet contract terms take precedence where they conflict with these terms.
